Développée par Mr J Pooley, iBP (Instrumented Bone Preserving) bénéficie d'une instrumentation optimisant le positionnement et l'orientation des implants. Le dessin de la prothèse permet une résection osseuse minimale.

• Prothèse de resurfaçage autorisant une coupe osseuse minimale
• Composants prothétiques en cobalt-chrome, polyéthylène ArCom™ serti sur le composant ulnaire ⁽³⁾ pour une usure minimale
• Implants revêtus de porous coat de titane ⁽⁴⁾
